One of the worst area in Puducherry and worst department in India, frequent power fluctuations and disconnection everyday power will disconnect and if you call them also no proper answer irresponsible people and government.

Pondy govt do not learn any good things from TN. EB is one among them. Worst dept causing troubles to the prompt customers and closing eyes for defaulters. Intentional excess bills to harass innocent public. Excessive billing without any basis towards unknown charges. CERC is sleeping ?
