The entire staff - the security guard, the lady at the reception, the gentleman at Counter 1, the lady who took our biometrics - are all polite and friendly. A tiny office but pleasant , sleek and air-conditioned with cold water available at hand , perfect for a hot summer day . They do take a long time for each person but it is because they are meticulous in checking your documents. Their thoroughness and attention to detail is to be appreciated.nWhat has to be improved : A photocopying machine and a printer on the spot would save people a lot of hassles. Please consider installing these . We saw people leaving the premises to do this. Even if these services are charged, it would be good to offer them in the visa application centre.

Excellent service.. Good staff..but if we go before the appointment time.. we have to stand outside until the time of appointment..
