Nice experience, staff were really friendly. There are some miscommunications from instructions from emails received to what should be followed, so a few hiccups along the way. The same during meal times & guided tours, so best to double check what's happening. If you ever decided to go and it's winter, I'd suggest to bring extra blankets/doona/sleeping bag.

Bit expensive but worth it for the kids. Great lying in the tent at night listening to lions roaring! Staff very helpful and friendly. Plenty of food. Fairly helpful with kids with food allergies - just mention when booking.

I don't know why Google lists this as a family hotel. It's a campsite.nnIn saying that, the experience is unforgettable. Along with the camping experience, you also get evening and early morning tours while the zoo is closed. We got a really good view of the lions and got to see all the Aussie animals awake at night. We also got to see the tigers when they're first let out of their night dens in the morning.nnThe food was delicious and so were the toasted marshmallows.nnThanks Sarah for being an awesome camp host!

its a prettyy great experience... the tour guides are very friendly and the animals are cute. it has very strong summercamp vibes. the tents are extremely small, only just fitting 3 single beds, and they were very uncomfortable. they also are not great with the heat, you will need to sit outside. generally a good experience if you have kids but if not its way worth it to just stay in the nicer accommodation.

Amazing experience sleeping while listening to lIons roar! Accomadation was comfortable.Food provided exceeded all expectations.Staff were very friendly and informative.Overall a great experience!
