I am an independent disability support worker and I took one of my participants to Wildlife Sydney Zoo on Friday 20/11/20. We were impressed with how clean and well kept everything was. The staff were especially helpful and friendly. When we were looking at the bats enclosure we could not find them but a lovely staff member came to our aid and pointed out 5 of them for us. She said she could spot them easily as she had 9 years of experience and was happy to help us to have a better experience while in the zoo. Then while we were in the kangaroo walk through enclosure looking at the kangaroos being fed by the keepers, one of the keepers came over and ask if we wanted to pat one of them. She took us both behind the rope that said staff only beyond this point and my participant got to pat a kangaroo for the first time ever. Her face lit up and she had a smile from ear to ear. We also got to touch a snake for the first time but my participant thought that was not as good as the kangaroo experience. We had an awesome day and would recommend this place to everyone who likes looking at and learning about different animals. Thanks to all the staff for making our day wonderful and for helping to create beautiful memories.

My boyfriend and I attended the Breakfast with Koalas and it was an amazing morning! Despite an early start, it is well worth it for the experience that the Wild Life Sydney Zoo has created. From a guided tour, to up close photos with the koalas and then time to explore the zoo before the public is allowed in, all of this created an amazing morning that we both loved. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone. I was able to learn about the animals and attend the talks after as they line up perfectly with each other.

I attended the Halloween CROCtail pop-up bar.nnThe experience was amazing, met a lovely snake and heard a great and informative talk on the crocodile.nnStaff were amazing and friendly and were so accommodating and helpful as they catered to one of our party who was in a wheelchair.nnPlus the cocktails and food were delicious!nnHighly recommend and would go back again!!

We did the zoo dining experience and it was very fun and educational! Jessica was an excellent tour guide and was very enthusiastic and passionate for all the animals! Definitely recommend trying the dining experience

Definitely one of the most underrated attractions of Sydney ! Amazing collection, wonderful staff (shout out to Andrea) and an absolute gem in the city. Overshadowed by Toronga Zoo & Sea Life as attractions, which is a tad unfortunate given it took me 10 years to visit this place after I had seen the other two. It should definitely tank among the top 5 things to do in Sydney ! Rooftop Koala, Kangaroo & Emu walks, Crocodile pool are all amazing to witness !
