Advantages: + Modern room amenities + Large rooms + Good value + Excellent attached restaurant Challenges: - Poor service: front desk, “room service” and reservation - Poor general cleanliness, maintenance and housekeeping - Lurid lighting Located as it is, in the very northern part of Rajasthan, seemingly a stone’s throw from the border with Pakistan and Punjab, it is only reasonable that a traveler temper their anticipation of what is available in terms of accommodation. Unfortunately, Hotel Bellevue Inn (HBI) still manages to fall short of even those limited expectations. First, the good. The rooms are large and thus good value (given the reasonable tariff). The room amenities are also surprisingly contemporary with the “family’ room having two tv’s, a couple of AC’s and a modern shower setup. Additionally, the food and service available at the restaurant attached to the hotel are both excellent (and saves the hotel from a zero-star rating). That being said, the negatives easily overwhelm the advantages. The levels of general cleanliness, housekeeping and maintenance were poor: linen & towels were stained and changed infrequently, if at all. To make things worse, front desk and reservation service were basic at best. Finally, the lurid room lighting just added a bizarre note to the entire experience. Overall, HBI is a place to have a lunch at or at best, spend a single night. If you are looking for a longer stay, you would be advised to look elsewhere.

Initially I had rate this as one star as my sty was not pleasant, on the next time they upgraded to suit room, which had entirely different performance. Spec n fine. Good one.

Decent restaurant for Visitors as location is great. Nice rooms, staff service is good. Food served is astonishing and fresh. Highly prefer.
