Visited Last week of September 2020. Very good location ! Bang on Nakki Lake ! The Suit rooms have large balconies with fantastic view of Lake. Due to COVID guidelines the restaurant isn't open. We enjoyed all over meals and breakfasts at the balcony enjoying the view. Spacious rooms with large balconies and maintained bathroom. The hotel has two entries. One is Lakeside and other one on internal road. A small garden with children play area on the ground floor. small balcony garden ideal for group photos ! overall it was a good experience !

Went to the hotel, he said 3500 for deluxe room. Was getting the room for 2400 on Yatra with all taxes. Called the hotel to confirm if this was the deluxe room i was paying for. He confirmed and immediately changed the price online to 3500. Such sly people. No business ethics. The look and feel of the hotel is very shady. Food options are dirty. Hygiene is really bad during this time of covid. Bes sheets stained, bathrooms with no proper lighting. No one was wearing mask. Unhygienic dirty people

Very pathetic behaviour of reception staff(Aashu/ Aasharam) and waiter. Don’t have any sense of talking to guests. Hotel staff has spoiled image of great Rajasthani hospitality for which Rajasthan is known. They were barking like dogs for emptying room/ checking out. Very rude, pathetic, irrational staff behaviour. Spoiled our mood of holiday.
