I could not give negative rating. They will try to sold out pets that are less immune and not in good health. So beware. Another one important thing this they have expired items, any pet item you want to buy there think twice as you will be cheated if are not cautious. Again repeated there are good pet shop out there please go there don't be a prey.nnI bought pet medicine and later realised after my puppy hesitant to have them I checked the supplement I found them all the items I bought are either expired or just nearing its expiry date. When I asked the owner he was very cool and said you can come and exchange which means he is so lethargic.nnNever ever I'll pay visit to that shop. It is a honest review, you can ignore to pay the price for it.nnI'm terrible upset in buying a pup from this store I'm trying to do all possible things to make my pup healthy by regularly going to vet.nnLesson learnt.

Worst pet store in Trichy. There is no price tag in any product, they charge you whatever they feel. Quality of the product is also pathetic. Avoid buying fish varieties from here as it is not grown properly and they die quickly.

This place is the most pathetic place one can go toon. He cheats and also asks for premium. His customer service is Terrible and most importantly he gives fake things . Mr. Balu the owner of this store is as bad an employee could be. He is very rude and when asked for return of money he said I can't return anything once outside the store. There are many more pet shops in trichy that are very good. Never go to this place. This place is a scam. All pets are never vaccinated. They claim they are vaccinated. They lie about everything to sell anything.
