Busy B's Moving

Andrea was great to work with. She answered my many questions with ease and was very transparent about pricing. Busy B's came in higher than the other large name Van Lines companies, but their turnaround window was the smallest which was VERY important to me. They packed the truck up on 11/28 from WI and moved me in on 12/1 in TX. Other companies I spoke with quoted me 7 - 21 days on average to have my belongings delivered. Blaize & Reuben worked QUICKLY and professionally to pack up my belongings. There was no damage to any of my belongings in the move. Moving out of state is stressful enough. They made my transition very smooth. I highly recommend using them for any moving needs!

Busy B was awesome from start to finish. I requested an estimate during the evening and received a phone call from a representative that next morning. The representative was extremely helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. I could not have been happier during the estimate/scheduling phase. I had a team of 3 show up right on time and they work extremely hard to get everything wrapped and on the truck in a matter of a few hours. This was an out of state move. Even moving out of state, the movers showed up early and were very flexible to my schedule for unloading. From start to finish, this was an insanely easy process. Some people say moving can be a headache or stressful, but with Busy B, it was a breeze and every was delivered early and undamaged. I would use them again and again when moving.

Not the greatest moving experience. Personality wise, the movers were great. In regards to efficiency, not so much. I used Busy B's to move from a 1/1 with elevator access to another 1/1 with elevator access and it took them 5 hours to complete the move (typically it would take other moves 3-3.5 hours to complete). Not to mention that the movers stopped to take a break and gas up their truck in the middle of the move. Even though the time was taken off, I view it as odd as I've never heard or experienced that before. All in all, I do not recommend them if you are looking for a quick, efficient move that's reasonably priced. Lesson learned.

Blaze and Andrew showed up early. They came in to discuss the move and went to it. They busted a$$ for six and a half hours. They were willing to do anything for us which we really appreciated. Unfortunately this was a just an in-between move. We moved out of our condo and into an apartment and will be house hunting come spring. So Blaze and Andrew will be movin us once again. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Busy B's team was very professional. Communication was excellent (phone call/email/text, whatever worked best); they were ahead of schedule and called to see if they could advance the time, which worked out great. Very efficient and quick. I would strongly recommend them and I'd use them again without hesitation.
