My experience with this aquarium store has been very satisfying. The store owner was very promt and professional with his service.nI had ordered for a powerhead (submersible pump). There was an error on my part while placing the order but the seller was very patient and we'll behaved throughout the whole transaction. He never made it seem that the fault was mine. This caused him to travel twice. The first item had to be replaced with the correct one. It wasn't his mistake but mine.nI convey a big thank you to the store owner. I have been to many freshwater as well as saltwater fish sellers in Kolkata but I guess he is the best mannered of them all. Polite towards the customers. Passionate about the hobbyist's hobby. Above all, very patient. Not every seller is patient with his customers which results in bitter experience at times.nHighly recommend for aquarium related purchases.

Good service. I had ordered a Silver Arowana and he got it within 2 days. He is also helpful and told me I could call him if I needed any help regarding any fish I have.
