They are fraudsters. i booked an innova for 2 days. The driver told my father at the end of 1st day to pay the full amount as advance and my father having thought him to be a good person gave him the money. He the next day stopped picking calls and the golden safar owner told that he doesn't have any vehicles available. My money is gone and my trip is ruined now having had to use uber instead of hiring a cab. please beware of this agency.
