So the review below was from years ago. Today it was picking up a watch repair for my wife. I love Vierk's and the people there. I always get treated like a friend. *** Stopped in today because my watch got torn from my wrist and pulled the band from the watch. I just couldn't get it back on. Julia was very helpful and cheerful. She got it back on in no time, didn't even charge me anything. While I waited I got to look at some of their beautiful things, I especially like their vintage/estate pieces. ***

The store had the biggest variety of the rose gold rings(more than 15 in stock!), while all other places offered 3-5 choices. Also lots of custom designs just for you and their own jeweler. The sales associate Tanya is very knowledgeable and very, very helpful! The choice of the jewelry is by far the biggest I've seen in the area and the attention to customers is exceptional! Everything is solved on individual basis and if you have any special requests - for sure they will be considered! Exceptional cooperation with Tanya and others in the non-chain jewelry store made the experience amazing!

We had a wonderful experience choosing an engagement ring. Sally was extremely patient and extraordinarily helpful! They were able to size the ring and prepare an appraisal in less than 2 hours!

I bought my Fiancée engagement ring and wedding bands from here. The staff is nothing short of wonderful and helpful. They know their stuff, and they truly want to sell you a quality product. I can't recommend this facility and staff any more than what Google will let me. Fantastic experience.
