This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had buying jewelry! The man helping me sold me a simple silver plated chain for a necklace I recently broke. The price was extremely reasonable and the quality is fantastic. When checking out, the ladies and I were laughing at a game all the employee played that morning. Trust me when I say the people there love what they do and are so happy to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. We worked with Kyle on a custom ring design and the whole process has been so much easier than I thought it would be! From picking out the right thickness of the band, number of stones, to understanding the pros and cons of going with a curved or straight band, Kyle gave us all of the options without being overwhelming. He also helped my partner pick out the right band for him and was so knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions. Kyle and the other staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and they've made this whole process so easy for us.

They were amazing and super helpful. I worked with the manager Mike Ehler. Normally people see how young I am and dismiss me but he was really helpful and honest. He was honest about what matched my existing jewelry and my skin tone. I ended up getting a couple earrings a bracelet a ring and a necklace that I absolutely love. He even was able to make changes to our jewelry (such us shortening a necklace, and trimming the backs on earrings so they were comfortable and changing the color of the jewelry). Absolutely amazing and helpful.
