Roxanne helped my husband and I find rings. She was kind, patient, and attentive. We each found rings we loved. She texted us to let us know the rings could be customized and then when they were ready to be picked up. Outstanding customer service. Fantastic jewelry store.

We moved to Omaha 5 years ago and needed some help with jewelry. We went to some well known places in Omaha and the customer service was awful. We found 14 karat and will be forever grateful. They are willing to take on any project, no matter how big or how small. They treat everything important. Most recently, I had lost my wedding set and we had issues with our appraisal. Alyssa and John got it all figured out for us and Alyssa went above and beyond to create my dream set. She totally thought outside the box to make this dream fit within our budget. You guys have a customer for life!!

I came to 14 Karat looking for a custom designed engagement ring for my future fiancé. Alyssa Van Diest, the designer, came up with an amazing design and the final product turned out even better! I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back for future business. Can't recommend enough!!

Alyssa was amazing to work with while shopping for an engagement ring. I gave her a budget and what I was looking for and she helped me find several amazing options. She explained everything in detail and was always available to answer questions. Not once did I feel like she was just looking to make a sale. Their prices were very reasonable as well. 100% recommend Alyssa and 14 Karat.
