The Staff are professional, friendly courteous and knowledgeable!! I come in routinely and they deliver world class results every time. Watch repair, battery quartz replacement, great quality and low prices. Just a great place on the Square!

I worked with Phil to design a mother's ring for myself to include my children, me, and my mom who passed recently. Phil was amazing to work with and listened to all my wants and was as excited as I was for the process. When I picked up the ring it was beyond anything I could have expected and the entire staff commented on the beauty of it. Truly a great place filled with caring people who do great work.

They did a great job in fixing my mother's wedding ring. I needed 96 prongs retipped. I can't believe how good the ring looks.nThank you so much.

My wedding ring became bent and I couldn't remove it, so it needed to be cut off. Then I wanted to enlarge the diamond and repair the ring. They did a beautiful job and were so helpful and courteous!

I've been going to Smith's for YEARS and have always had good experiences. I've bought jewelry and took jewelry in for repair, sometimes not even paying for the repair on jewelry I didn't even buy there. The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. I hope they stay around would be VERY sad to see them go.
