I booked an AC Bus however, the bus was on time but when the trip started the driver informed that the AC wasn't working. And all route we had to suffer as even many of the fans were also not working. You guys really need to understand that the bus needs to be checked well in advance before giving it a go ahead for any booking.

A very very friendly owner and an excellent bus service. The bus was very clean, on time and punctual. The bus staff was polite and adjusted to our late night requests. Overall, a highly recommended service.

Very very bad experience . Owner and manager are so greedy. We hire the vehicle for 12 days , unfortunate we have had to come back oneday early due to death of near one at netive. We come to airport and just check for avail of air ticket at current situation. We get 1 ticket only. We request to stand by outsite airport. They called back tempo travellers .

I booked a service from Delhi to Pithoragarh from cozy travels and requested them not to give me last minute cancellation. Booking was done 5mn prior to the function. 20 days before the function the owner called me and told me that he will not be able to fulfill my requirement due to urgent booking request he has to take. He told me that he will either provide me a different bus with less seats or will refund my amount. Inspite of my request at the time of paying the advance, the company gave me this response. My suggestion would be - pl don't take services from this company.
