There are basically two floors.nSecond floor is a ICAI reading room, which is free. It has seating capacity of 65+ people. It is free for CA students.nThird floor is a paid one—a bare minimum amount as compared to other private library, run by NIRC, ICAI.nBoth reading rooms as wonderfully maintained and clean with clean drinking water. If you are a CA student, and want to prepare for exams or read in general, this is the one.

Nice Place to study for CA students. Entry is free of cost but , need to carry ICAI registration receipt as a proof of being a CA student. Basic facilities like drinking water and wash room are available. ACs are available but not working at all and some other facilities are not maintained properly.

The ACs don't work here. It's very difficult to sit in this scorching weather. They got gas filled in the ACs but maybe they called some cheap electrician because it didn't last long. You really can't tell if the AC is on or not. I don't know what are they charging for if not providing the basic facilities.

It's a wonderful place to study... Provide by NIRC of ICAI... Fee only 300 a month.
