I had booked 2 Luxury Rio rooms and the whole experience was fantastic. The rooms are very spacious and clean. They have taken care of every small detail to make you feel special. The breakfast was superb with wide varieties. Staff is very friendly and helpful specially Hannah at the front desk who went an extra mile and gave us a surprise for my daughter which was not expected by us. They make sure to take good care of you and have a wonderful stay. Loved the experience and worth every penny spent. A 5 star it is.

We checked in Rio resort today with hopes of a luxurious stay. I had booked a luxury room. I was made to wait 1 hour for room. however Room offered had a view of a roof under luxury room name. After I created a furore I was shifted to another room which was hardly any better but had to accept as I had no option left. Finally got a room at 5 pm even after reaching at 2.50 pm.nAt the cost we are booking there are better options from chain hotels. as claim it does have any proximity or shortroad to beach. This property is quite inside at road end. Room size does not make it a good .even though welcome drinks are in booking but they have not offered the same. Pathetic Service.nLastly for a happy vacations I would suggest you can avoid this resort..

Resort Rio is a brilliant way to spend days with your family. The rooms are clean and big. The swimming pool is very clean. In short the resort is beautiful. The food is wonderfully delicious!

Dear Owner ...nnI am always honest in giving reviews, if I love it.. I will definitely review and I don't like it, I make it a point to review so that service will be changed. If u see my below review, please reply to me telling me what was the reason for such poor service?

After a long travel from Delhi we got a very clean and refreshing room. Mr Sameer cleaned our room everyday a very polite and kind person he is. He cleaned the room very nicely. Good luck to him. Giving a very good room service.
