Overall experience was good. Staff was polite & helpful. Food was good. Hotel is maintaning requisite hygiene during this Corona period. The only issue we faced while checking out. Hotel staff given incorrect bill which we have asked to send through courier after required correction. Hotel staff agreed for that.

I stayed in this hotel from 03 Oct -04 Oct 20.nnPros:n1) The Hotel is well connectedn2) Rooms are spaciousn3) Request of late check out by 2 hours was accomodatednnCons:n1) The washroom didn't have any exhaust or air recirculation system and the washroom was very small when compared to size of the room.nn2) Waiters were not well trained and were not aware about the simple things like food menu.n3) The Hotel had same food in lunch buffet as well as dinner buffet.n4) Terms like Duty manager or supervisor doesn't exist in the dictionary of Hotel. So, no one was present to address the complaint. I was told that GM is present, but he didn't come to address the issue. I think, things like customer satisfaction doesn't matter for him/her.n5) The Hotel is no where close to a 4-star hotel. It is equivalent to a higher 2 star Hotel.n6) Also, please carry your marriage certificate ,when you visit the hotel. You need to show marriage certificate to them.

It's near to jubeli garden Rajkot. In this hotel room facilities very good. But food and other services quality very bad. So you want stay here it's very good but food is not good.

The hotel is VERY good with good staff they are very friendly... we stayed here for one night...the rooms are of decent size but very very good i would say that this is the best hotel in the city...its a new hotel ... the room as all the facilities like a mini fridge, TV, Hot percolator, and toilet accessories... the food here is expensive but good....the buffet breakfast also has a vast variety...i would recommend this hotel for the stay they also gave complimentary airport drop facility and late check out....
