Good place for servicing. You can get spare parts. Tata spare parts for vehicles are available and servicing can be done.

Visited today on 25 Aug 2020. Key was not working. Met Mr. Bijender. Who claimed supervisor of servicing. Behave was worst. I don't know how tata recruit. And what type of training they give. When I asked for complain and suggestion forum he went saying now lunch time what ever you want you will get after that . Not happy at all wait

I visited for test drive of TATA Nexon. A day ago, I called, spoke with Mr. Ajay and unlike other showrooms I called, he happily agreed to give me test drive even on Sunday (25th Oct - Dushhera). Not only the car was superb but also Mr. Om, who made a strong customer relation with me. They deserve this review as they even agreed to bring the car to my home so my family can have a look as well.nAnd on 28th Oct, we booked the car.nnI will update this review once my car is delivered.nnUpdating my review 1 week after delivery:nnSo, got my loan approved from ICICI and we decided to take delivery on 23rd November. We reached early, our car was being washed and prepped. So we sat there as Mr. Mohit (Bank Loan POC). Signed those agreements and then we proceeded further for PDI. I had that PDI article printed from TeamBHP forums with me and Mr. Om was like nobody ever did that ud83eudd23. But important thing here was that he didn't mind it at all and I thoroughly checked all electronics of car (Still I missed one little thing - more on that later). So PDI completed, RC Reg, Insurance all those things completed. A little photo session concluded the day with a little thanks giving gift.nnNext day at home I found that there is a little manufacturing defect in front passenger door's speaker grill (which I missed in PDI somehow). Also within a week somehow car's glove box got jammed. I informed TATA about that, received call back and my car was called back on the next day. Mr. Navdeep was extremely helpful in getting the issue of glovebox fixed. The defect of speaker grill will be resolved by replacing the panel/part. Once it arrives, I will be called back.nnOverall I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, with a little after sale experience. Any new/first car buyer who is scared and thinks that TATA's service is poor they need to visit Raj TATA.
