They have free pick up and drop. The guest house staff (mainly Bunty bhaiyya) is one of the sweetest, most helpful people I have ever met. He took care of us amazingly. My whole reason for writing a review is just that person. Me and my family had a great stay because of his kind behavior.nnOther than that, the place is clean, well equipped and fairly near to the Vaishno Devi hill.

Not good, do not recommend people like me in future. 1. No mirror in bath room 2. No bath towel or bath soap given. 3.far from market place yes offcourse walkable distance. Away from temple checkpost and from station it cost rs. 150/- which means i have to spend rs. 300/- from both side to reach station. Room is alright, but not clean. Last no locker provided to room and in first floor to claim, since i am a senior cityzen.
