Very good Behaviour of Hotel staff Named moti, but 3 person occupancy room was smaller than what I thought.

I am not someone who complains over petty things but this hotel has given us the most horrible experience ever. At the time of check-in we had to wait for almost half an hour because of some payment issue between OYO and the hotel. The room and the bathroom was not very clean and the bed had bed bugs in it. We had to change the room and the next room had a non functional geyser. We again changed the room and the third room had everything functional. When we asked for a dustbin from reception he asked us pick up the dustbin from the adjoining room that was vacant. Half of the channels were not available. The hotel served hardly 4-5 dishes out of the 50+ dishes that were available on the menu. The hotel did not clean our room even once during our 3 day stay. This hotel is not recommended at all. Please do not waste your money on this hotel as there are better hotels available at Katra.

Hotel service is very good. Good for family also. But in my experience t.v n one washroom is not working properly

The place just ok not so clean little far fram market and banganga check fast you need to search for convenience everytime you plan to go to market or start yatra ... Rooms are spacious but very basic amenities not so professional staff ...

This is the Teen sitara hotel. The facilities of this hotel is average but good. I'm staying here for 2 night. If you want go mata Vaishno Devi temple Katra this is good place for staying.
