The rooms are spacious and worth for the money. Prompt service. Beautiful garden in the back and parking space in the front. Toilet were clean

I was hoping a better stay,Room was not properly cleaned,carpet was torn, first day of travel they didn't provide towels, I called twice then they provided one towel. Breakfast was buffet as per the booking but you will get only 2 options. Staff should be little bit more generous. Only good thing was hot water. More importantly when I received booking confirmation,the photo of room was different and they provided a totally different room which was not anywhere to the image which we have received/seen and booked.

We had been there for most times, its on market road near to Reasi bus stand Katra. Awesome decent clean place and large rooms with good hospitality. Further value for money :)

Great hostel for clean and large rooms, free WiFi service, staff behaviour and good food. 4/5 out of five because I think price is much high as compared to other hotels around, even guest houses. But when we compare the services and looks here, they stand no chance in front of this hotel.nIn the peak season when we have huge rush of visitors at Katra, this hotel is available as most prefer for low cost guest houses around for just few hours stay. We kept wandering for an hour for hotels but all were full and finally landed up here. It wasn't possible for us to move further as we were much tired after long walk of mata vaishnu Devi temple(most visit Katra for worshiping temple).nThe rooms are quite good and have a good essence. Even if it's not counted in five star hotels but it gives you a feeling of that. The rooms and corridors outside are so clean that you can walk barefoot.nAlso they have their own cab services to take you from hotel to different locations but these are available only from 7am to 10pm while hotel is open 24/7. They offer free parking facilities, restaurant for regular meals and laundry services too.nConsidering the services, price factor can be ruled out to some extent so this hotel can be rated as 5/5.nTip for foreigner tourists: they only accept an Indian Id issued by any governmental organisation.

Everything good in hotel and if you are staying family then this hotel is best for families and location is nearby to main areas is just waking distance, hotel is situated in main market
