Driver is completely under control of Management (Sharath). For site seeing; always driver checks with management whether to go out not. Management always gives so many excuses (like it's raining at the spot, traffic jam on the way, there's nothing to visit, it's not right to visit, the hill may broke and you and driver may get injured) when visiting places are with little distance from City. We asked vehicle for 2 days, but paid 3 days charges; still management didn't allow driver to cover at least 2 days distance but charged for 3 days.

We are not satisfied with this service. We lost our patience with drivers slow driving. For every site seeing spot driver is double check with his manager (Sharat), Sharat talk to us giving us false updates like weather condition is not good(FYI: Weather is bad in Wayanad, Not in Bangalore), We are not responsible if something happens, Roads are not good, Traffic is huge etc..These guys are big liars, Don’t believe these guys, Don’t spend money on this service. Don’t believe the fake promises. We really disappointed with this service. Finally, DON’T CHOOSE THIS SERVICE.

Management especially ( Shartah) is worst. They will give all false statements(eg. When we were traveling to nandi hills from Bangalore even though there was no rainfall in nandi hills the management said it was raining & many such false statements & cheap tricks ) They have charged for 3 days when v traveled only for 2 days. The driver ( panchakshari )will ask the management for each & everything whether v can go that route or this route, driver will not move forward vtout management acceptance even though v have guided correctly. The driver drove the car very slowly to end up the day vtout visiting tourism places.
