One of the worst services . First talks sweet and get the business ,ask for full payment Before journey and just drops to hotel . No site seeing And only hotel drops even if site seeing included in package .. this cost us outside additional cost of 25% of original package .nnNo Reimbursement and argues and rude answers . Money lost .. takes advance ,so customer suffers later on in service .nnAnother Horrible situation - he stopped us for 1.5 hours in the middle of road , somewhere outside the town , in late night with family and kids scared and hungry , just because he had some of his own issues with actual driver of the bus . Even though we paid advances 1 month ago . Police had to resolve to make the bus moving .nnNo respect for customer and really pathetic service Even after such incidence .nnNever go there

Everything about the trip was well planned and well executed by bharath sir. M. P. Travels had given full assistance and cooperation all the time. Covered all destinations from Mysore to ooty and Bangalore very comfortably. The vehicle was neat and comfortable. Mr Jairam is a great guy having complete knowledge of destinations and is very polite & descent. Great Experience and looking forward to have a trip with M. P. Travels in future. My best wishes and regard to M. P. Travels, Mr Bharat & Mr Jairam.

Very good vehicle & sightseen arrangements has been done by MP Travels, Bangalore. Car provided was very very comfortable and latest. Driver was very polite and informative. He has covered all the points in proper manner. Enjoyed the trip!!! Big Thanks to MP Travels, Mr. Bharath, Mr. Jairam & Mr. Manju. Special thanks to Mr. Jairam (Driver), as he made our travel so easy and comfortable.

Nice experience with mp tours and travels,we take there service from 4 to 9 may 2019 for Ooty and mysuru,the Innova vehicle is in good condition,only we missing driver don't have knowledge about places,we expect driver cum guide which give information about place..but mr Bharat the owner of mp tour and travels is good person...next time we plan for Kerala and we take again service from mp tour and travels..nnRegardsnParesh SalvinMumbai
