Private Banking service with excellent banking services.nBut keekozhoor branch has very poor performance i experience that all services are nowadays very slow and poor many times their is no internet or other problem persists.nSo much crowded due to lack of service knowledge in bank staffs.nAlso an ATM located infront of the bank unfortunately it doesn't work most of the time . No heat ventilation systems inside ATM and also suffocation will occur here.

Very poor customer service. The manager has to check with assistant manager about rules and regulation. Even after giving written application no response in over 5 months. The manager putting blame on regional office as they not got back to him and he has not even checked the status of customer request.
