Wedding ring was not delivered on time and the staff was not polite and had no patience in listening

Today I have visited Malabar Gold Pathanamthitta branch to get some after sales service. I had purchased an ear ring for my 9 months old baby one week back and made her ear pearcing there. They had told me that they will help to fit that ear ring if it is difficult to fit by us. As per the staff advice, after a week today I visited the branch again with my wife and kid to fit that ear ring. The person who was in the reception told us to wait for few minutes because the service person is busy with some other works, he will come very shortly and do the service. We were waiting there for around 45 minutes then asked to the sales staff for the service person they said he will come shortly. Again we were waiting around 30 minutes then I met the showroom manager Mr. Vimal and requested for the service person. He said we will send him soon and wait there like that. After a 30 minutes again I met the manager and asked about the delay in service. He said we have only 1 person to do this service so, sometime it may happen. Finally the service person have come and fit the ear ring after approx. 2 Hrs. waiting time. We were totally disappointed with your staffs behaviour sir. I ask them why don't you tell this openly if your person will be late for service. I could have leave from there to avoid this long waiting time. Because my Kid was there and wanted to avoid such a long waiting time during this epidemic period. We have visited many other Jewellery shops for purchasing the Gold like, Joy Alukaas, Palathra Fashion, Bhima and even in Malabar gold Adoor branch and all was good experience. But we are totally disappointed with your Pathanamthitta show room service. The show room manager and staffs was not behave well by delaying us and not handling us well. We would like to forget this experience which we had today and never wants to visit your shop again.nnA small request to the Owner, please train your staff for customer service. As you may know, 'Mouth publicity' is very important for sales. If everyone says bad experience then it shall affect your business Sir. Must say, this is the best experience I personally had !nRecently my friend was in need of a custom thali locket (He needed it in Arabic alphabets). And we enquired Malabar Gold at Mall of Travancore, Trivandrum (Near to our work place), and they said they can't do it. Since I had a very good relationship with Executives of Pathanamthitta, I enquired over phone and they do agreed it. (Still I don't know why Trivandrum Malabar neglected, and got to know evident of How committed Pathanamthitta Malabar is ud83dudc4d)nAnd the sweetest part is Got the delivery 3 days prior to the committed date !!nIn a short turn around time they did a fantastic job !!nnI have been a customer of this showroom from the last 1.5 years and the customer experience is really overwhelming..
