I was at Shivaji nagar court last month for some work and I was in Pune for 7 days 1st day I booked ola and as always it was bad experience once again. Second day after court work me and my friend decided to go for some local places like tulshi baug, laxmi road, M G road, koregaon park and few other places for shopping and hanging out and then the question was which cab , taxi to book? We were at darshan restaurant and used Google to check cabs nearby and the first suggestion was iroute Inc cabs it was loads of good reviews so we thought to give it a try it was Oct but in Pune it was still raining instead call we WhatsApp on iroute contact number and described our requirement on WhatsApp of local travel ; it was around 10 min chat and by the time we finish our last few sips of coffee car was there out side our restaurant driver called us and told that he is waiting outside. Before that we checked rates on Ola and Uber so iroute was 100Rs lesser than them.nnDriver was local and he was very decent it was Maruti dzire and pretty good and I found few unique things which made iroute best and reliable cab and taxi service I ever came acrossnnIroute cab was superfast in terms of service and found very punctual and professionalnDriver was very decent and he was aware of all the lanes and core market of Pune and important was he was sharing his infonPackaged drinking water was available in the iroute car for R's 10nDriver offered us to connect Bluetooth to play our own play listnIn iroute car there was bright reading lamp was fitted at rear seatnNot a once driver was irritated with our waiting time and number of stopsnThere was absolutely no surprise chargesnDriver avoided some toll roads and also avoided parking charges almost at all the stopsnThey didnt charged us of our extra 4 kms usage in this local package. Our package was 8 hour and 80 km but at the end it was 84kmnWe were out of cash after lot of shopping and don't know why my Google pay was not working I told this issue on same number from which I booked the cab (later I came to know that it was owners number only) and he said that we can pay it later and I was quiet surprise with this rare behavior especially in these cab taxi line. I transfered full amount on second daynWe booked cab again for shirdi trip and it was wonderful experience throughout and driver helped us to get darshan quickly.
