I think service person completed +2, there is no experience in laptop.. nothing he knows. so please avoid giving laptop to shop. waste of money and also your system also damaged. I given my laptop for service and also change the keyboard and display. but service person told after two days sir no problem in display i think any one of the wire may be broken.. i said ok u can check it. after two hours your laptop was ready sir, he said. I went to shop and see my laptop i am shocking because the screw was out of the laptop and on button also broken. i asked him, he told me sir u r given same. i argued but no use, after i asked sir system will hang out u can check it but he replied sir more no of software's are installed means it will hangout. the person does't know. so waste of money.

I purchased HP spectre 360 13, before the purchase been made I had a long discussion through chat and over call as well. I have been promised that I will be given ms office 2016 full version as compliment. Once the payment has been made they said it costs around 7500 rupees which I have to make separate payment for ms office. I demanded about the converswtion we had over phone. Still they denied.. it's a day light robbery I felt. Been cheated. Completely disappointed
