Karur junction is capable of handling only 1st platform. Platform 2,3 and 4 don't have any sign boards, information. Station is maintained clean. No lift facility available. Need to improve a lot

Station is clean, but lots of mosquito are there. Rooms are available at a very nominal charge in the station. Canteen is not available. Escalator is not available. Water cooler is available. Cloak room timing is 10am to 5pm. To go to bus stand go out of station on main road, take a left and ask anyone for bus to bus stand, bus no. 4 goes to bus stand and charges 6Rs only. Auto rikshaw charges minimum 50 Rs to bus stand. Cloak room is available at the bus stand, it's safe but very small and charges rs 20 for a day, no need to show any ticket. Ask the shopkeeper at the bus stand dur the way to luggage room.
