Been going here for years. Always a delight. A new collection of books is there whenever I go. Very courteous and professional.

I had been an old time customer with the library but it now when I took the membership after some years the experience has been downright unpleasant and rude. Staff is extremely unpleasant and they try to sell you any new book you borrow from new section , in case it doesn't look as good as new . The experience was so disgusting that I literally did not use the membership after seeing this repeat 2-3 times. It is really sad as 10 years back I was in love with the place but the utter disregard they showed even to their long time customers is quite surprising.

Staff isn't welcoming at all. Poor collection and nonavailable books add to the woes of readers who have taken the membership. Definitely not worth it.

The Best Library of Chandigarh, Wonderful collection of books, Good Staff, Warm Ambience, Great Management. A Must visit place for all the Book Lovers.

Sardar ji, who is an employee of the library is very rude. He doesnt know how to behave to customers who are paying 4000 as subscription charges for sitting there!
