WORST EVER PLACE TO BUY PETS. We got a Persian cat from this place. It developed sickness with 48hrs of purchase and suffered a lot. She was rushed to doctor and she was diagnosed with virus and weak lungs. Cat died last night, just within4 days of purchase . The trader not only has no proper knowledge of the cats and their health but also sold an illness ridden cat. As a trader it's his responsibility to sell only the healthy ones. This has cost us financially and more so emotionally. The damage cannot be undone. Please don't purchase any cat from this place for the trader isn't knowledgeable or responsible in taking care of kittens before selling them to loyal customers.

Very bad experience talks kindly to you at first so you buy a pet and later when you go backnnThey just forget what kindness wasnnAlso I dont recommend buying a pet from here. I bought a pug and also some food and a cage for him. We asked why he doesn't have hair they said as it's a puppy it's still developing and will get them soon. When we took him to the vet we figured out he has a infection.nnJust to respond to answer from owner. Sequence of events are below to prove how much they are lyingn1. Pug was brought from them on Saturday night, wherein they told thay Pig has less hair as it still has to grow. This was our first dog so we blindly believed them. I have attached photo of dog showing less hair on its head on the first day at our home. We were tricked on first day itself.nn2. Tuesday (just after 2 days) we took Pug to doctor immediately said why did we buy such an infected puppy. Vet recommended us to return Pug as the skin infection will be recurring. Vet also mentioned that so much infection cannot happen in 2 days.nn3. We immediately went to Pacific shop. After so much of discussion at Pacific (wherein they were blaming us for infection) when we refused to accept the dog, they agreed to give me other dog within 1 week (I still have written note from them).nn4. I waited for more than 2 weeks to get me another dog which they could not get. In such case I had no option to ask my money back. I had to make several calls and messages for return of money. Ultimately they returned some money after deducting money. I have been following up for full money but they are not returning and still blaming us for infection.nn5. Even the cage and food item that we bought from them were highly over priced. Cage which is available for Rs 1600 in Amazon was given to us for Rs 3000.nn6. Also most of Vet say that we should not put dogs in cage but Pacific people gave a wrong advice of buying cage at nearly double the price.nnMy suggestion is to avoid this shop as their is no truthfulness, no honesty, only commercial aspect by selling everything available which may not have any use.nnI made a mistake by going to the shop and lost lot of money by dealing with them so for sure I will not recommend this shop to anyone.

Maintenance not good. It smells not good when one enters. Extra care should be taken maintaining pets there
