First of all they don't know how to speak with customers , they must learn from Hyderabad customer service centers.Once you give your mobile to them , they'll note your number down , never answer your calls and never keep you informed about your device. If you call from new number they'll lift the call . The security person of this service center is really rude , will make his own decisions .nThe receptionists especially , they never bother what you are telling . They'll make us wait for long hours and don't even care that we are waiting for nothing and at last they ask us to come tomorrow .nnI've happened to visit this service center four times during lockdown and post lockdown .Very disappointed with this authorised service centre , they don't even provide space to wait , customers must stand infront of the gate . MI must make customers more happier than this ,and the service providers should be more polite than this !
