The Mega Cab service is worst service......please avoid....if you are thinking for taking service please be careful, i have used the service for three times over a period of time in hope that they will improve the quality of service but not till last. the vehicles condition is very poor and keep ready yourself to help the driver for pushing the car at anywhere on busy roads. the consumer care simply answer...sorry sir it is little late when taxi not reported on time & breakdown on road and you call them...follow them with reminders.....worst service ever seen in the world.

Really a bad experience with megacabs. I took a cab from Delhi railway station to Rajendra Nagar.. Cab number was 3790. As I opened the cab door undergarments of driver were placed on the seats. I asked him to clear the place. There were mosquitos inside the cab and driver was clapping every now and then while driving to kill the mosquitos. Car was in such a bad condition that it gets hell to sit for half hour in the car. Not completed yet driver was chewing PAN and spitting. I mean travel can't be bad than this. Worst worst experience with mega cab. Really a big dislike.

It is sad to write that the Mega cab service has totally deteriorated. Yesterday that is 16th August 2015 I booked cab from New Delhi Railway station to my home at Vaishali GZB vide no. DEL-0891. I got a message that the driver Mr Avtar Singh will be reaching at scheduled time 10.15 PM at New Delhi railway station Pahar ganj side. When I made a call at scheduled time I got the reply that he is at Chanakyapuri and has ordered meals and he will be coming after that only. On my request he said it is not possible for him to reach the place before half an hour and ha further added if you cannot wait then make your own arrangements. Any body can imagine how painful it is to find taxi in the night. Any how i had to find another taxi to reach home.nI will request the CAB mangement to please manage the service and provide training to drivers. I will also suggest the friend that if you hire the service be prepared for such nightmares.
