The hotel is ostensibly mis managed. You won't find hot water to bath, electric plug to charge your phone nor will your service requests be adhered to.nnSimply dissatisfied over the behaviour of the manager and the staff. Prefer it as the last option in Mathura to stay . !

Very Poor service, adamant rude attitude of receptionist. On complaining about the services of the hotel we were threaten by receptionist to check us out eventhough booked for a long period. Daily essentials are not filled in. Overall not advisable for a stay. Wifi on 2nd floor was not properly working.

The place is good and maintain hygiene, and the atmosphere is good , and it is near railway station
