Worst experience with travels.. they are cheaters... They completely spoiled our planned tour.. just to save money at toll tax they take longer route ..in our case it was 10 hours journey but it took 17 hours to reach because they took a long route..also we could not reach r destination because it was almost midnight so had to stay at nanital instead of reaching to kausani.. we had paid them 65000 still they made us suffer...we suffered a great loss because hotel was already booked in kausani and again we had to shed money by booking stay in nainital ..no even a single destination we reached as expected as they didn't knew the routes , we had to guide him through google maps which ruined r enjoyment.. we had hired bus for 6 days for trip they said they are aware of all places in nainital and nearby but they are just lier.. they knew nothing not even the route no near by place nor any siteseeing spot.. They are just big time cheaters don't trust what they claim to know..
