I Agree with prateek Joshi i had a similar experience with this travel.nI also agree with owners response it was pratik mistake also for selecting this pathetic cab rental agency. I hope no 1 makes the same mistake again

The driver we booked for Mathura to Agra tour was drunk. His name is Niraj Sharma. The last 4 digits of the car is 1888. Until he left us to Taj Mahal, he was fine, post which he had alcohol. He even admitted that in order to save on parking charges, he rather chose to have alcohol. He also started using abusive languages in front of my wife. Never chose this travel agency, in fact, I would request Google to remove it from its website.
