Mosquitoes everywhere. Wasn't too happy about the room cleanliness too. Glad I stayed here just one night. The only reason this is not one starred is because of the proximity to green park restaurant. This place needs a lot of investment before it's on par with other restaurants. If you've already booked I recommend changing your hotel maybe to the Seaview residency.

Really very low budget hotel. Don't know why are they charging so much. Breakfast was bad, just dosa and poori served, with tea or coffee. Not very good in taste. I stayed in 108, 109, 110. And all rooms had smell, foul smell as if the rooms are not used from quite long. Request for change of room and they didn't change it saying the rooms are booked. I don't eat dinner or lunch here so can't say how good it is.

Stayed in the hotel for 2nights, food is not good, room service is fine, location of the hotel is good as it is near to the market. Rooms and bathrooms could be better. Don't know about it's cost because travel agent booked it. Wifi is only available in the lobby and right now renovation work is going on so better not to opt it currently.
