Hotel is good. Clean and clear. Food is not bad. But the lift is small and limited to ground floor and 5th floor.nWhere as conference hall is also there in basement but you have to use staircase. No rest room in conference floor. You have to come to ground floor by staircase.

Well it is good place to eat and have seminars but I find it not much good in this corona ... Service is slow ... Boys are not working properly and speedy response was not there... Food was good taste is much appreciable and rooms were nice and ambience is nice to visit again ... parking space is not there...u need to search a space for parking outside ...hotel doesn't have a parking for its people...

The hotel I very well maintained.nVery helpful staff, clean place, great rooms , amazing food @ napples restaurant , good facilities , graat place for a function. We had a great stay

The bed sheets and the duvet cover had not been changed (there were hair on it and the sheets,pillow covers etc looked clearly slept in). I had to call room service for fresh set of sheets.nnSecondly, there were loud generator like noises ALL NIGHT LONG (except maybe 2-3 hours). I could only manage barely 2 hours of sleep.
