Basically I didn't stay at Hotel South View, at the time of check in, I had to cancel my stay.nAs it's happened like this I booked this hotel on 28th May 2019 to 29th May 2019.nThrough Oyo application.nnThe receptionist told me that The actual price to stay in this hotel for a night is 2000, but I booked through app using coupon and I got a deal in 1080, I can only stay till 8pm till the night in this much money or pay rest. To stay till next day. He constantly blame Oyo that they don't care hotels like us and selling their rooms in cheap, and booking keep come, so they they need to ask the customer to pay more.nnSo to OYO, if you're partner hotel are not appreciating that you selling their the rooms in cheap price then why still have them in your apps.nI would suggest this south view hotel, should be removed from Oyo.nnAnd for more confirmation, my booking ID that I got was, QOTK6758.nThe time of reservation and cancellation can been seen through this.

Rude behavior, rude staffs. Parking problem. No guard or staff for managing parking of cars and bikes. I think they don't give respect or value who comes to visit this hotel with bike. Today I had gone there to attend an event and I faced these issues. Vijaya Bank is also situated at this premises and bank have not their seperate parking space as well. No service lane direct connected with main road.

Most 3rd graded hotel. I booked it thru Fab hotel website. I booked it for 4 nights at Rs 1632 per night, but while I went for check-in the hotelier mocked at me saying you have paid very very low we can't accept your booking. You go away. I was like WTF. Than I asked how much is ur per night cost? Then he replied ₹2000, than I said how come ₹1632 is very very very low? I got discount and I booked but you can't make fun of me like this ! They were really very unprofessional. Worst experience. That was ur internal matter between hotelier and fab group than why did I had to suffer till 10pm. They checked me in at 10pm can you imagine what I must have gone thru

It is extremely dirty and very bad. Since I had prepaid without cancellation, I had to stay full 4 days in hell. In fact it is like haunted house. I had horror film experience. All the four days hot water did not come, all the while hotel staff bluffing that it will be repaired. Just straight. Don't go there. It is a case about to reach consumer court.
