For the first time here but felt like home. Everyone made sure all my needs are met, and nothing is too much trouble. Such a beautiful place with special people! Spa is lovely and rooms are beautiful. Above all is the people who are so caring and understanding! Front gate team and reception team is very welcoming and nice.

Visited the hotel last night for a casual evening dinner at square. I have never left thz restaurant dissatisfied and it sure was not going to today. The service was prompt and extremely courteous. The manager made sure everything was in order during the meal. will definitely recommend and visit again soon. I got some of the pastries for take away as well and they were delicious. Restaurant staff was helpful, service was excellent and food was amazing.....

dedication shown by staff was really amazing. Restaurant team were so helpful,so professional. the novotel team ensured we had best possible amenities. ensuring reservation for restaurants. everything was made amazing and food was delicious and services was excellent. highly recommended if you want a truly memorable ahmedabad exprience. Very friendly and polite staff. This is the first time I have visited this hotel and must say worth the money you send. The reception staff was very warm in welcoming us. Would love to come back

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the hotel. The staffs were polite and friendly. They made sure I had no problem while I was there. The rooms were clean, cozy and spacious. Food was also really good. Overall, I had a lovely time during my visit. Hoping to have yet another visit at your hotel sometime soon.
