Very small room.. Suite room is large enough.nHowever, Wardrobe inside the bathroom is beyond my understanding.... Staff is courteous.nServices are fairly good. However, if you want a family stay go for expensive suite room. Business room is for lone travellers.

Loved the food and presentation of it... the ambience was also good with light music. I went for lunch and it was beautiful.. I am sure it will be pretty during supper too. It's good for couples, families and friends.

Well maintained hotel. Ambience n rooms are really good. Quality of food in buffet is also really good. Restaurant manager and staff are really polite n courteous. Excellent choice for travellers and tourists.

I went with my family on my birthday for having buffet dinner. The food and the service both were so poor. There were very limited choices in food which is not why you go for buffet and the taste was very bland and poor. The service was so bad that we were not served what we had asked for. Only the minimalistic decor that my husband had asked for while booking was good..but the main things like food and service literally spoilt my birthday. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE for the very first time in Sheraton.

Very nice hotel with good staff. Pleasant stay. Complimentary Breakfast was good and hygienic. Value for money Hotel. Thanks Sheraton.
