It was comfortable stay but one off day for people in the kitchen as they served my both meals cold.nnProsn1) Spacious rooms.n2) Close to city center.n3) Hospitable staffn4) Clean & Hygienic environment.n5) Spacious bathroom.nnConsn1) Far off from airport so make plan accordingly so not to miss flight.n2) Since my meals were served cold instead of hot hence micro management required.

This place was amazing a bit expensive but it's worth a lot, this 5 star hotel is very large has well maintained rooms, not that quick service but okay not that bad, comfortable beds... Pool and fitness centre is too good you will enjoy a lot there.. Good parking area and well managed!!

A memorable longstay can not be just satisfied with the huge schindlers, well cut landscape or amazing enterance porche. Rather to experience a true memorable stay,I also look for the smiles that the staff members have and are they really happy serverving you or just doing their job for the sake and we were just amazed by the positive hospitable vibes each and every employee of this hotel carries.nnMr Chetan represting reception resolved our all the small discomforts related to the rooms,nnMr Nagesh head of the Food & Beverage Department was concerned for our repetative routine and he offered us to be open about our cravings and he willingly avail us options to choose our own dish be it in or in the menu . He served us taking steps beyond his duty discription,nnHead Chef Mr. Shankar sets a wonderful example of assuring that each and every guest gets the food that's Safe & Tasty. He was on his toes in our every meal, looked carefully for our special requests and gave me the opportunity to observe the preperation of the Tamato Shorba that has been the best Shorba i have ever tasted,nnHeading the operations of this phenomenal team, Mr. Bhatnagar was sympathatic to our one specific complain and generously resolved the same.nnOne might forget the top class state of the art hotels after a while but the way you are treated remains unforgatable.

I was very much satisfied with their preparations in corona pandemic times. We had dinner in which we order a buffet which was very fresh and tasty. We stayed their for a day and room service and maintenance was commendable. The lady was very humble who served dinner as well as breakfast. I highly recommended you to visit Crowne plaza Ahmedabad
