Peaceful. Familiar. Artistic. An awesome place for spending a good time. The graffiti is beautiful. The host is a very good and helpful person. Puri is the most familiar traveling distance to Bengalis, so I am. The day I booked the room on internet, I was a bit confused about it would be good or not. Bu when I reached there, everything got easy for me. It's an easy place, and the friendly environment is really enjoyable. Go to Puri and spend some time with your serenity. Thanks Nirman Homestay.

Where to start? We were able to make an early check in (8am) at no additional cost and our room was upgraded with AC for no extra fees. All staff is very kind and the owner, Satya, is doing his best to ensure that your stay will be enjoyable. The location is perfect, away from the noisy main road. The bed is comfortable and AC and fan are working very well. Very nice decoration around the property. Lemongrass essential oil in the room kept mosquitos away. There is even a washing machine you can use and dry your clothes on the rooftop. Kabir, a 10 years old little boy, owner s son is adorable and will help you too with anything. The whole family is very carying and generous and make you feel as part of the family. We could not find a better place for this price. Satya, thanks a lot for having us. Your time dedicated to us has been very much appreciated.

Very clean and friendly owner and his son. Room has a fan and ac. Hot water is ok. Quite in the nigjt. Very close to main street 2 min walk...breakfat we choose Indian and was ok too. For the price it is very convinient.

I stayed at Nirman homestay recently. It was a true homely experience! I intended to stay for just a day or two, but ended up for a full week! Good location at only 100 meters from the nearest beach! Nicely decorated and very clean rooms. The host provided free transport to and from the busstand and was always very kind and flexible! I could have stayed for much longer!
