One of the worst experiences I have ever had in this hotel. If you want to waste your money and respect then please do visit this hotel. I have visited two days before with my family. The check-in time is at 9 am and we reached around 9.30 am but still they made us wait another 1hr bcz they were cleaning the room. Including room charges we paid 1000/- extra for another single bed, they just added some thick type of bedsit on the top which was very uncomfortable to sleep. They do have a swimming pool inside. We paid 50/- at swimming pool for the costume and they have also charged another 50/- into bill. At dinner we have ordered veg noodles, received food after 1hr which was egg noodles. After complaining they decided to replace which took another 45 min, the veg noodles was nothing but noodles with carrots and which was not even cooked properly. After giving one more complain they decided to again replace the order and we have received the final order around night 12clk am. By that time my kids slept :(. They are so much concerned about money where they don't even pay attention to the customer's satisfaction. If you want to ruin your holiday then this is the best place for stay.

Lovely rooms. Well behaved staffs. Nice facilities. Clean bathroom. Very near to station. Worth a stay.

Excellent hospitality and services by staffs , front office and housekeeping team. Well maintained safety and security ,all safety measures following for Covid-19 precautions.

It has got only big names and the exterior is maintained well and not the interiors. However, when compared with other hotels in Puri, this is still a better choice. Also, food is extremely expensive here.
