It was a nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. The rooms were very clean and the bill was short. The service was very good. The behaviours of the employees were very good. You can also eat foods at underground restaurant in a moderate price.

Good hotel to stay.... Restaurant are also available..Home type food neat and clean..staffs are good..they all are cordial..Happy to stay there....we are also suggested from someone else.... HAPPY HOUR on the beach and also in the hotel..Not much expansive.. over all good..👈👍

Recently Renovated and Professional staff replaced with traditional old staff. Now it's new taste of staying. Enjoy Brown sand Sea Beach with variety of Sea Food

This hotel named as Hotel Parichay is just recent made and totally new hotel but the customer's satisfaction is somewhere  missing . As i booked through booking.com for 6 nights at the amount of Rs 1792 per day basis but i missed some amneties which was written in room properties . I requested to give them that sea view room for our 4 persons in 4 bedded room. However i'm here highlighting some pros and cons of this hotel totally from my point of view  after of 6 night stay cause now I regret PROS(+) - 1) This hotel is 3 floored building . They have 4 room which has medium sea view from it's balcony.Room interior is good with individual dustbin, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table, tea table with 2 plastic chair. 2) Sea view room has a big sliding glass window through which you can get a view of sea but very little. 3) toilets are western style , spacious,  and very clean. Room cleaning is done everyday. Helpful Stuffs. 4) sea view room has big balcony where you can also hang wet clothes . 5) Tv is well enough with most of the regional packs but not every time we will only watch the regional channels.No infotainment pack CONS(-) 1) There are no lift facility , at least I'm saying from the point of view of senior citizens or knee pain persons. My Mom and my aunt had extreme knee problem and they are above 60 , so they had to suffer a lot . Now a days in every hotel there are a lift . 2) now I will tell the most disgusting thing that happend after checkout is all about AC . When I booked my room via booking dot com, i saw in my selected room's amenities AIR CONDITIONING was clearly mentioned .  So our room was on top floor with extreme day time heat cause there were no rooms above of my floor . However as soon as I entered into my room i noticed there are only ONE VERY SMALL CEILING FAN in the middle of 2 double bed whose air was not spreading enough up to the end of each bed . Then I told them is ac working fine ? Then they told me your room is non ac ? I was shocked and later when I showed them the my selected room amenities in booking dot they excused me that may be that is written mistakenly cause this hotel is totally new and we lots of difficulty , so please don't mind , i can compensate you . What compensate ? The compensate is that you have to pay Rs 300 extra  per day basis on your total room fare . Great Dude . Well played ! Why did you not mentioned while I checked in cause I showed my booking details in my smartphone while I was checking in but later they told to make us felt in trouble . Also they ignored to manage extra fan for us when I ignored to take ac at extra charge . As a result we had to suffer extreme heat during day time just like any low budget hotel . Carry On MR. 3) Not only that but also there it was clearly written Free WiFI on each floor ,Free NEWS paper , but totally nothing , fake. Thank God, My JIO and Airtel worked well 4)Beds are full of Red Ants which bits you alot through out the whole day and at night full of mosquito. So they provide Mosquito killer at every night . 5)They are very strict on outside food and you will have take food from their restaurant only if you wish to take food in your room. Otherwise you have to go outside and eat there as this was told face to face , even applicable for senior citizen people with knee pain .. but i noticed to deliver pizzas at various other rooms by various dominos pizza delivery boys . strange . So behavior is just like king , specially The behavior of Manager(probably) . i have gone to most of the places from south to north , west to east of our India but no where got such rude behavior while behavior all matters for any business . 6) no free mineral water for guests , Everywhere mineral water is provided to the guests  specially when it is luxury hotel rater than budget So now I regret for booking this hotel  at this price, it could had been better decision to go with oyo rooms or fab hotels or gostays which are far better than these local hotels at same price. Will never ever choose this hotel.
