Hotel Parichay

This hotel named as Hotel Parichay is just recent made and totally new hotel but the customer's satisfaction is somewhere  missing . As i booked through booking.com for 6 nights at the amount of Rs 1792 per day basis but i missed some amneties which was written in room properties . I requested to give them that sea view room for our 4 persons in 4beded room. However im here highlighting some pros and cons of this hotel totally from.my point of view  after of 6 night stay cause now I regreat - 1) This hotel is 3 floored building . They have 4 room which has midium sea view from it's balcony. 2)Room interior is good which has indidual dustbin, sofa, wardrobe, dressing table, tea table with 2 plastic chair. 3) Sea view room has a big sliding glass window through which you can get a view of sea but very little. . Aditionally there are 2 more small window . This sea view room is very airy during evening and night but becomes warm during morning 4) they give aquaguard water in a jar container with free toiletries 5) toilets are western style , spacious,  and very clean 6) sea view room has big balcony where you can also hang wet clothes . 7) Tv is well enough with most of the regional packs but not everytime we will only watch the regional channels. Now if I talk about cons or negative side then first i will tell- 1) There are no lift facility , atleast I'm saying from the point of view of senior citizens or knee pain persons. My Mom and my aunt had extreme knee problem and they are above 60 , so they had to suffer alot . Now a days in every hotel there are lift . 2) now I will tell the most disgusting thing that happend after checkout is all about AC . When I booked my room via booking dot com, i saw in my seleted room's amenities AIRCONDITIONING was clearly mentioned .  So my room was on top floor with extreme day time heat cause there were no rooms above of my floor . However as soon as I entered into my room i noticed there are only ONE VERY SMALL CEILING FAN in the middle of 2 double bed whoose air was not spreading enough upto the end of each bed . Then I told them is ac working fine ? Then they told me your room is non ac ? I was shocked and later when I showed them the my selected room amenities in booking dot they excused me that may be that is written mistakenly cause this hotel is totally new and we lots of difficulty , so please don't mind , i can compensate you . What compensate ? The compensate is that you have to pay Rs 300 extra  per day basis on your total room fare . Great Dude . Well played ! Why did you not mentioned while I checked in cause I showed my booking details in my smartphone while I was checking in but later they told to make us felt in trouble . Also they ignored to manage extra fan for us when I ignored to take ac at extra charge . As a result we had to suffer extreme heat during day time just like budget hotel . Carry On MR. 3) Not only that there it is clearly written Free WiFI on each floor ,Free NEWS paper , but totally nothing , fake. Thank God, My JIO and Airtel worked well 4)Beds are full of Red Ants which bits you alot through out the whole day and at night full of mosquito. So they provide Mosquito killer at evey night . 5)back side of beds are full of dust and spider web, even sometimes dust comes out on your food too when there are excessive sea air coming in . 6)They are very strict on outside food and you will have take food from their resturant only if you wish to take food in your room. Behaviour is just like king , specially The behaviour of Manager . 7) There are no Hot water facility 8) They does not provide any mineral water for guests , only provide normal water, they claim it is of aqua guard. Everywhere mineral water is provided to the guests  specially when it is luxury hotel . So now I regret for booking this hotel  at this price, it could had been better decision to go with oyo rooms or fab hotels or gostays which are far better than these local hotels at same price.
