Booked from Agoda. Room is not the one that was promised. No security or privacy. House keeping without permission comes in and makes bed and cleans room when people left for beach. Washroom windows with broken glasses, suitable for spying. Staffs are irresponsible and are least bothered of whats happening. Room rent charged on site is much higher than the actual. Request to refrain from booking.

Cheaters. at the time of booking doesn't mention full date at the time of booking. and they deny their fault and create pressure to cancel booking. no co-ordination between manager , staff and MD. After paying into the hotel ac no. MD says didn't receive money.
