When someone is paying more than 2500/- per night seeing the online posted images and description. The room should meet the expectations. What you want to discuss, when asked about the problems was told we have all these issues just today. Cons: 1. Gyser not there (hot water was arranged in buckets when asked) 2. TV not working (cable has an issue and it is not working for anyone, when asked) 3. Red ants crawlling allover the tables and even inside the hot water cattle 4. Coffee mug with dirty and black stains 5. Cupboard handle missing, you can open from one side.

One of the worst hotel to stay in. Took a deluxe room and the hotel was not able to provide proper water facilities also. When asked, hotel staff were convinient to say " the water has drained and will take half an hour for the tank to fill up " Please do not waste your precious money by booking here. There are several other nice hotels in puri which provides you with proper basic facilities.

I DIDNT BOOK IT ON OYO>. Couldnt find its google pge, hence posting here. Far far better thn the shady hotels around in theat prime location of 5 mins walk away from the Jagannath temple. Very efficient service. Their terrace has a great view. The yellow theme gives you a feeling worth much more than what you pay for. ( I paid 2k / night) . Also i had a great view looking at the lake. . All basics are covered. Bathroom - cold tap wasn't working. No tissue paper was put . The breakfast cooked inhouse was good. Located above Big bazar . Looks like a chain of hotels, but actually isn't. Very well designed aesthetically. ( Addition - in response to the reply below from OYO: 1. i never had any issue with food. And i have reviewd 2 other properties- I have a lot of issues with OYO- but no onr responds)

Top floor of big bazar...all type of shops u get nearby...300m to Sri Jagannath Temple...rooms are big...

Very well maintained hotel, staff is courteous. Rooms and washroom very clean at good condition. Nearby temple so convenient to visit puri city.
