This is the erstwhile head office of Gram Vikas..a 40 year old NGO which operates in almost every district in Odisha. This place is situated about 11 kms from Berhampur city. The campus is almost 100 acres in area and is covered in thick greenery. One can find any tree which he/she can think of in this campus. This campus houses few buildings like the stone house and the main office area which are built in Keralan architectural style which is generally not found in Odisha. There is a central mess which caters to all the residents in the campus. There is solar energy backup provided in the campus and it kicks in once there is load shedding. Monkeys frequent this campus. Though there aren't any dangerous animals roaming the place, one can still find scorpions crawling the pavements during the week hours.
