Good , but peak time parking is difficult

One of my favorite stores in tvm...!! I'm one of their good customers...I really love their customer service...! Products are also very good...!! I usually purchase clothes from them...it's my favorite clothing destinations....!! With plenty of spaces they have a good arrangements....and the prices are also affordable to some extent...I can say that I'm a satisfied customer...!! They keeps on updating all their products according to customer wants and needs...I found that a plus point of them...!!

Used to go here frequently a few years ago. Decided I would buy a travel bag from big bazaar today. Not as crowded as I remember it to be. The customer service was pretty good. Helped us with getting an extra discount using paytm. Lots of stuff to choose from. Definitely would go again if I need anything and I do not want to buy online.

Very bad customer experience. There is even no water in toilet from afternoon onwards, when an emergency situation arised. When complained, No staff, or Customer care is bothered about it. They are telling some excuses for that. Finally we gave to stop purchasing and went to another shop in order to go to toilet.nnAlso, once they charged twice for the same item and when I pointed out that, they said that, they cannot refund large amount , so instead of refunding they gave some purchase vouchers which should be redeemed within on month or so. If we not purchase within the given time , the money will be lost. Strange rules ud83dude22nnAs a store its a good choice but the customer relation is really very very bad.
